- In the case of matters written in this regulation regarding the appointment, service conditions and facilities of working journalists, it shall be in accordance with this regulation and in the case of other matters, it shall be in accordance with the prevailing labor law. Note:- (1) The words changed by some Nepal Laws Amendment Act, 2063:- “Government of Nepal” instead of “Government of Shri 5”.
(2) For the words substituted by the first amendment:- For “Newspaper Manager” substitute “Communication Establishment”.
